I prefer the E-Type Coup? to the drop head any day. GT 2000 - not a car I know at all - did it sell here?
 
The 2000GT does look better than the E-type ever did.
 
I agree completely. E-type coupes always looked really top heavy to me.
 
Yesterday I saw an E-Type (a convertible) and a XK120 (a convertible too) in the flesh for the first time. Am I the only one who thinks the XK is more beautiful? I was a little bit disappointed with the E-Type to be honest.

I've always felt the XK120 was better looking than the E-type. Don't get me wrong, the E-type is a good looking car, but I've never understood the fascination with it and claims that it is the most beautiful car ever built.
