My Mom's 1978 Ford Mustang Cobra II

Dunno where I got it from, must have just popped into my head.

I had the same thinking a mile is 1.602 km, but it's in fact 1.609 km.

Dodge is coming out with a 650HP model that's still NA. And if you go with turbos, you can easily get 1000HP or even 2000HP if done right. ;)

^and yet it is, 1 cc = 1 ml = 1 mm?
(have no idea where cc comes from to be honest)

Yes, but then again, this is 2006, that was 1969. :tease:

I got your mistake, 1 ml isn't 1 mm?, 1 ml = 1 cm? ? 1 cc:

since 1 L = 1 dm?, and 1 dm? = 10? cm? = 1000 cm?

therefore 1 cm? = (1 dm?)/1000 = (1 L)/1000 = 1 mL

My point, comparing enginering from 1969 to enginering in 2006, is a bit iffy. :)

That's like comparing a Ford Anglia to a Ford Focus. :)

I think that my mom's S6 is the ultimate badass mother car. It's not as flashy as your black and green mustang or your red jetta on 17's, but it's got 19s and it can go to 60 in 5.2.

Now manufacturers just detune the cars via the CPU.

Yup, but if you'd told a Ford Engineer about computers in cars in the sixties, he'd get you burned on a big bonfire as a witch. :tease:

Somehow I like it, even though it's not really a beauty.
