I finally got around taking photos... and the fact that I tinted my windows today and did the red grill type RA-R "mod" also contributed to my motivation for a 2 hour photoshoot. So be warned, I did a lot of shots of my grill :)

Obviously there are TONS OF talented photogs here on this forum and I hope you guys give "constructive" criticisms.

Equipment used:
2007 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon Urban Grey metallic
30% all around tint
Type RA-R Grill Mod(cheapest mod i've ever done)

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT(350D)
18-55mm Kit lens
10-22mm Wide Angle Canon lens
28-75mm f/2.8 Tamron lens
too lazy to put a tripod to use
Got down on my knees and shot from there.

Now that is smokin hot

Why no rear pic?

EDIT: first pic has your plate #

I didn't know you lived in WI?

lol jeffy, no rear pic cause the wagon's tail is not that photogenic.... I will try in the future though.

And yes, I live in WI and I don't mind my license plate being shown.
I live in WI now because I am attending medical school here. I know I left sunny California for this lesser known state. Sigh...

Thanks for the comments though jeffy!

Ok cool, I just mentioned the plate because you edited it in the other pics :)

Yeah, I lived in Wisconsin for awhile......sucks in the winter though, unless you like snow and mud in the spring.

Just out of curiosity, did you choose the wagon for subwoofer space or something?

wagon for potential family car... but now i'm realizing when i graduate from med school... it'd be cool to buy a bmw or something to upgrade my status hehe =)

Where in WI did you live in? I'm going to UW Madison

Yeah, a bit farther North near Green Bay. Everyone there was a Packer nut and talked funny. I acted like I hated the Packers just to annoy them, lol. I'm originally from Indiana though (Near Indianapolis....go Colts! I'm not much of a football fan, but hey they won the superbowl).

The wagon idea is cool. You could always fold the back seat down, put a little bed back there, and get a real start on that family, hehe :D

Great pictures of an awesome car. I really enjoyed the pictures. Do you have any more?

Make sure you post a picture in this thread! http://forums.finalgear.com/showthread.php?t=20567

Great photos, I really like the fisheye effect of the grille. I succumbed to my deepest desire and got a WRX this past March. I can't wait for wintertime!

Wise idea on tinting the windows, the Imprezas for some reason just need to have it done. Sometime this fall I will be heading back up to Madison and have Eclipse tint mine, they owe me a few favors. :D

jayhawk, congrats on the WRX man!! welcome to the family! Btw snow... get snow tires. Without it the WRX doesn't do much... but if you have it, you will OWN THE ROAD! I am contemplating on getting some on some crappy steel rims.

lol... numbered!

I hate you.

cvg, my thoughts exactly... I already ordered a 6000k hit and it's on its way to my home.

now the problem is if i know how to install it or not.

The hardest part will be to find a place to mount the ballasts, but other than that everything else is plug-n-play.

where can i get some industrial grade adhesive velcros? I hear they are good for sticking htem into the car... also where do i find zip ties?

get a new center diff for RWD swappage and dori dori pwnage.

That idea has tickled my mind. From what I read a Cusco 1.5 LSD is tolerable for street use. And under $1000!

AxlxA: Saturday I went ahead and did the RA-R stripe. I love it!
