So car season is finally here and in full swing and I'll be attending lots of Michigan area auto events (and some outside the state too). Instead of having multiple threads (like last year's Woodward and Lingenfelter threads), I'll just post all my sightings here (and on Oppo)

Please don't mind the complete jumble of pictures. It is a very dynamic event with cars coming and going constantly so I was jumping trying to catch everything that was there - so the pictures might be out of order. If you have any questions, just ask and I'll post what I know about that car.

So I've had a very busy Memorial Day Weekend.

First up, shots from the Shell station on Woodward on Friday night.

Then Parking at Pasteiners Saturday morning.Shots aren't in any sort of order, just as I took them.

And my baby at Vinsetta Garage for breakfast.

Spotted later that day

Then my girlfriend and I went to go see Godzilla at the drive-in. Was my first time at one, and really fun overall.

My and my girlfriend's toys all together. The housemates' cars made it into the 2nd shot.

Sunday we went mudding in my girlfriend's Jeep. Spotted this preproduction ATS Coupe on the way.

At the playground. My phone died so I didn't get too many shots.

Went out for a quick spin in the Miata after playing in the mud.

And back at the Woodward Shell station. The details on this Mercury were incredible.

And today we took my Miata to an autocross.

Yes, thats a C4 Vette towing a trailer with Karts on it.

Its funny because my name is Mike and this Miata was absolutly gorgeous.

That kid's GoPro was bigger than his head. He must've been 3 or 4 tops. You're looking at the winner of the 24 Hours of LeMans 2035

:lol: The Sublime on the 2015 Challenger looks really good. Not as good as the 2011 Green With Envy Challengers, but still.

I don't think so, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. This C&C attracts 7-8 figure cars regularly. Pretty sure this a replica though.

Thats an AMC Eagle. AMC made a whole line of lifed 4WD sedans, wagons, coupes, and hatchbacks in the 80s. There was also the rare Sundancer lifted 4WD convertible.

Best wheels ever.

Ah, I've only ever seen the wagon so the sedan caught me off guard.

Went to the the Chrysler Employee Motorsport Association show today, and I took A LOT of pictures. Sadly my potato couldn't keep up against the overly aggressive sun and I couldn't tell on the screen, so when I got home I had a bunch of shots with garbage white balance. That and the focus on some is a bit iffy, which is strange considering I thought I let the phone focus on every car. Perhaps I should invest in a decentish camera if I want to go to multiple car shows every weekend. .
