Played around with 3dmax some time ago too, here's the only car i made:

Its made out of polygons, and not faces.

that was actually one of the first things i made, things kinda went downhill after that

Getting the glass material just right took ages.

yo guys i have to do a project and design a car using pro desktop not sure if any of you have used it but i will only be allowed to use this. moreover i have not had any experiecne using this peice of software. so what i would liek to know is that a) is it hard to make a car using prodesktop and b)appox. how long it will take. becasue if it takes too longi will jsut design a pda instead

I don't have experience with that program, but I think you'll be better of with a PDA. Unless your teacher doesn't care if the car looks like the real one. It's very hard to make a car if you have no experience with such a program. Making the curves just right is really timeconsuming. Make it yourself easy and do the PDA I'd say
