The Swiss police are using these R's as umarked video cars. If you drive around in Switzerland and you see one of these in metallic silver, slow down. - Just a tip. I speak from experience. ;)

Fiat 124 Spider

Opel Manta B CC

Porsche 964

Two Volvo PV544, the first two of the same car, but the third is a different, I saw them 4 hours apart. Examining the second picture, I noticed the car has skull and crossbones on the roof apparently.

Of course yours the most pweety Kadett :clarkson: in the world, but I thought the white one looked really excellent ... untill I saw the red/brown-ish interior ... but outside, White/black is a real winning exterior color combination for that generation Kadett IMO.

The white one's quite nice, but i don't like the clear indicators, which only turned up in the mid-to-late 80s and thus are not period correct on a 70s car.

Don't you hate that? Everybody likes to act like a security guard... of course, if they were to witness a real crime, odds are they'd pretend they didn't see anything.

... well, to be fair "take pictures to post on a car-enthusiast-board" isn?t really a concept a lot of people understand or are familiar with - "take pictures to then show your car-thief friends" does seem more likley from their perspective ...

I got into a discussion with a "witness" once about the topic and the way the (quite big and strong looking) man adressed me, I got the impression my only way out of this without having my face pressed on the tarmac untill the police arrived was to boldly LIE. So I told him I loved the car and wanted something like that on my own on my car and wanted to show my girlfriend what she thought about it ... the picture ended up in the Carbage-thread ... but I ended up to go free, without having made sweet face/tarmac love ... long story short: taking pictures of other peoples property will make people supicious of you. Maybe less when it?s a Ferrari ... but more when it?s a VW Polo with an awful Body-kit ...

I guess some people take offense to it... personally, I'd be flattered, snap away.
When i photographed the beaten/carbaged Mitsu a guy came up to me and offered me to buy it. I said "no, thanks". He was like "well, you don't want to spend money on in, but you still photograph it?", to which i, in all honesty, replied: "It's so gloriously beaten. I would not want to own it, but it's certainly a special sight."

Does anyone know what this is. I've seen around near where I live a couple of times and I found it parked up in a car park. It looks a bit like the prototype KERS 599 but it's not that. It was proper matte green which looks amazing up close. Sorry I didn't get more pictures but I was picking someone up and didn't get time to get anything better.
