Yeah, I'd say W124 Merc.

Not a very nice colour for the McMerc, if you ask me. Didn't come out very right in the picture, but I'd call it light bluish grey.

Awesome Morgan parked downtown, while I was there the owner came out - took the roof of (it was raining as hell) - put on his leather hat and WWII-pilot googles, and drove off :D
