Other Random Car Sightings [Photo Required]

Obvious F-16 is obviously an F-16. That's an awesome sighting by the way

^ No canards, that's just part of the fuselage, as seen here (you can clearly see where the wing ends the fuselage begins)

And the Belgian air force flies F-16s, so there you go.

ooh almost forgot! saw my first ever Ariel Atom on the road today...with a Belgian licence plate!
2 people in it, both wearing helmets

I cannot imagine why anyone would want to own one here, it rains so fucking often you'd never have the chance to play with it...

no pictures sadly because it was quick, and I was not, and it was coming the other way

^ It does, but it also seems to have canards. But it doesn't exactly look like a Eurofighter or Rafale etc. to me either...

Nah, it's clearly an F-16. The wing starts REALLY far forward and any actual canard would be visible beyond the ramps on that trailer.

Also, I know for a fact that they do overland F-16 transport in that configuration - I've seen it myself (it was a delivery to the downtown Smithsonian air and space museum)

100% sure thats an F-16.

The nose, canopy and air intake are 100% F-16, no other plane looks even remotely like that.

Three of the best 4x4 vehicles: Land Rover Defender 90, Mercedes-Benz G55 AMG SWB and a previous-gen Toyota Land Cruiser

And you can't really see it but the thing towing that bus is one of these KrAZ:

I forgot to post this. It's pretty random. I was walking in the park when I saw a big red firetruck coming down the road. The guy driving slowed down and waved when he saw me taking pictures

MGB Roadster.... you don't see too many of these around in Ontario. :) Whoever owns this is taking good care of it.

I can't help but wonder what color and year it is...:D

+1

That's a good example of something you can't do with just any car.

Imagine seeing a red 2007 civic drive by with a license plate that said RED07CVC

:lmao:

I wish I had my proper camera with me. My cell phone camera is pretty much useless in semi-dark parking garages. Anyway, two pictures of a 9ff Turbo 780 or whatever it's called. Huge rear spoiler, cage, 4-point harnesses, the whole nine yards.
I had a short chat with the owner who came back to the car with his groceries. He seemed like a nice guy, but I didn't want to bother him any longer.

Seen today:

Enzmann/Porsche 506, a very rare swiss car.

https://pic.armedcats.net/l/li/lipadier/2009/08/13/1_enzmann.JPG

The body is one large piece of glass-reinforced plastic, there are no doors, and the whole car weighs only 500 Kilograms. Only 100 Enzmann's have been built between 1957 and 1968, and only around 20 of them are still alive. Most 506's had a VW beetle engine, but this example I saw today has the engine from a Porsche 911.

Greetings, lip

Don't really what that is, simply had to take a picture because of its striking ugliness. It looks like someone crashed his/her merc on top of some off-roader.

Here's some better shots of an earlier sighting. One thing I haven't started really discussing until recently is that I've always had a soft spot for older BMWs. Usually anything from before 1990, especially E23 and E28 models.
