Other Random Car Sightings [Photo Required]

I visited the "hobby room", actually a "hobby bungalow" of some buddies of mine - they got quite an impressive parking lot...
...impressive in terms of project car hell material:

This Porsche actually runs, is for sale, and will be eligible for classic car certification in a few years.

This FSO Polonez is in bad need of an overhaul and comes without a german title. Brilliant.

An old E-Class. Maybe that would even be worth putting some time and money into.

This Transit comes without an engine under the hood, but with two engines (one stuck, one in parts) in the back.

A Range Rover used in some film my buddies worked for. It's main feature is an unimaginably high fuel consumption.

And in a this TG-like collection of beaters (i did not photograph the Volvo 850 estate, an crashed Astra and a rusty Renault 19) a burned-down Caravan fits perfectly.

Unrelated to the lot above - thus, in a different post:

A beautiful, golden Opel Commodore

Oldish Fiat, surprisingly rust-free.

Mini...

...with BL-badging.

The exhaust caught my attention, I don't think I'd given it a second glance otherwise.

I'm no merc expert, but I guess this is a C 63 AMG. Parked in the same lot as the SRT-8 above and the SL 63 AMG I spotted some time ago.

In order of their appearance today: A nice 911

A Merc W111 (tail fin)

An old Ford Transit

And a Maserati Coup?

Lame license plate, lame car.

It's possible the guy's name is Rocky and that's his 5th car (plus it isn't in Roman Numerals like the movies). But clearly Rocky IV would be the one to go with.

A Ford Focus RS

And an Aston Martin V8 Vantage Roadster without rear lights in front of a bodyshop

Damn it, I saw some pretty sweet cars, but didn't have my camera with me: some old Ford Coup? (don't know which, I was too fast at overtaking him on the Autobahn), six Triumph TR6's (all in one bunch, so no coincidence), a white Jaguar E-Type Roadster, two MG Midgets, a Sunbeam Tiger and some other old Roadster, I think there was some oldtimer meet around...

Had a good outing yesterday, although I missed a nice BMW 2002 :(

Lamborghini Gallardo with black leather and yellow inserts and a 6 speed manual! And your run of the mill, poseur F1 360 Spider
