Paint chip

Small yet seemingly significant chip on the driver's side front door of my Acura. Within about two weeks it has developed rust (after these pictures were taken). What's the best way to fix? I'm assuming there's more to this one than touch-up paint...

Was there a scratch there before? It looks like that rust has been there for a bit and caused the paint to fall off. I would hit it with some form of rust convertor before you paint it, following directions for the prep.

No, nothing there before. Unless the GDPO had a scratch and fixed it improperly but I doubt it, since they always brought this car to the dealer.
