posmo, it's at 0 delay, i did it in photoshop, i cant speed it up without having to lose frames and quality

You can easily loose some frames, the source video has 60 fps that's way to high for an avatar. I've changed it to 24 fps.

i did that too, mine's at 20, unless you crop it like you did you cant reduce it any further

Can anyone make that avatarable? i was cheap and converted a clipped video to GIF in super and I can't upload it to any picture hosting websites, anybody know where I went wrong?
