What do I do if I haven't paid (I think...), but also not on the list? :p

I'm also not gonna be able to stay until Monday it now seems, instead leaving on Sunday with a Finnish mini-convoy.

Well, I'll attend the roadtrip so I'll be away from July 27th until ringmeet. If you don't mind you can be in charge of taking care of that.
