The Metropolitan Police have confirmed they will not pursue an investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Radio 2 DJ and former Top Gear presenter Chris Evans dating back to the 1990s.
Evans was interviewed under caution at an east London police station today. Police later issued a statement saying there was insufficient evidence to pursue an investigation.
