Hi there

Didn't want to put this in the What's That Song section, as that appears to be TG-only...

Does anyone know the classical song played right from the start in 'Who killed the British Car Industry?" It spans between 00:34 (when the list of British car manufacturers is shown) and 02:00 (when he gets into the Stag).

I'm usually not very into classical music, but I quite like this one:)

Great show by the way, very interesting but still vintage Clarkson. However, I seem to have a very bad rip. I remember when watching it on Youtube a while ago, it contained some shots of Clarkson driving a Rover 75. Anyone who still remembers what he said about it? Is there a better rip out there somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

I'm so terribly sorry that I can't help you with the name of the song you're looking for, but interestingly I have a rather similar problem. I was watching Car Years a couple days back and I heard this great song whose name I can't find which plays in the episode "How Japan Took Over The World... And Then Lost It."

You can hear the song here: http://www.zshare.net/audio/61684887f74f5a80/

I hope someone notices this thread and solves our problems.
