Is it illegal? If not then I fail to see the issue.I did read it, and you pointed out how they hide income and assets to keep from paying taxes. You also seem to think that is okay to do.
Then you just don't understand it. No one is maliciously hiding income. I'm guessing you don't invest a lot, eh?I did read it, and you pointed out how they hide income and assets to keep from paying taxes. You also seem to think that is okay to do.
If it was illegal the IRS would be throwing people in jail left and right. Like, every single small business owner would be in jail lolIs it illegal? If not then I fail to see the issue.

Take the car write-off example. No one is hiding assets... The law allows you to write off vehicles used for business. It's not some sort of loophole used by the evil one pahcentahs, you just don't understand how it works.

There is a reason many NY'ers fill up in NJ, or why many people will go to big malls outside of the state to avoid sales tax.Let me give you another example. If you live in MA on the border with NH, you know that you can get gas at the local station for $2.50/gal or drive 50 yards into NH and fuel up at $2.20/gal because NH doesn't have a fuel tax, would you do it?
It's just basic accounting. If you can make a reasonable case why your car is used for business, then of course you're going to do so and lessen your tax burden. It's both common sense and perfectly legal.

Do you have any evidence of that?IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LEGITIMATE DEDUCTIONS. THEY ARE FUCKING OUTRIGHT CHEATING ON TAXES.
