I dunno if I'm perhaps stepping on mods toes here or whatever, but I've counted at least 3 threads with TGA Audition videos in them. I thought "why not put all the videos together, from both FG members and non-FG members and see what's what?". So I did. Enjoy!

First up: scotth_uk's very slick production. Nicely delivered with some tasty hardware. Without wanting to piss into Scott's pocket, this is definitely one of the better efforts on YouTube right now.

If there are any other FG members who have videos on YouTube - link them here! Better yet, if there are FG members that made TGA audition videos that have *NOT* put them on YouTube yet, PUT THEM UP! We wanna see 'em! :D

Next up, we have our own HardwareBoB. A solid, passionate entry from a guy who knows his automotive onions.

Here we have an entry from three guys calling themselves 'Teh Crevice'. I suspect that some other top gear was involved in the making of this video ... what it lacks in automotive content, it more than makes up for in pure comedy gold. :D

Some wanker with a pickled onion and a shithouse company car. Move along, nothing to see here ...

The first one is the best. Where'd he score a Gallardo to do the test?

One thing's for sure, these are already better than those Fifth Gear auditions they once held.

Damn. This guy is SERIOUSLY good. Slick, humourous ... definite shortlist material IMHO:

This guy tries just a little too hard. I don't think that doing burnouts on a public road, and not only videotaping it but also putting your real name to it AND putting it on YouTube is the sort of behaviour that Freehand would encourage. Still, I'm sure he appeals to a certain demographic, and good on him for trying.

This, my friends, is solid gold! I think we've found at least one TGA host right here.

A passionate young fella with a real sense of underdog to him. Deserves kudos for having a go.

Oh, if anyone else wants to add videos, please do! If you want me to add them all, it could take a while. :D

Thanks for putting them all in one place. Some of those are quite good.

He reminds me of a cross between me and one of my car loving friends. Rubbish hair and quite funny.

I hate that guy.. <_<

Good value. Nice use of stereotyping, accuracy is a bit inconsistent - although he IS spot on with the description of the subculture that is attracted to this type of vehicle! Worth a look.

If they hire an Impreza driver to host it I wont be watching the show.<_<

Nothing against Impreza drivers, but it just wouldn't be TopGear. TopGear think Impreza drivers are a few rungs down the evolutionary ladder.

Not bad. Quite casual and personable. But another Impreza driver ... make of that what you will. I quite like his style.

Here's one that was taken on a camera phone. Again, not sure if some of the of stuff shown in this video is what Freehand would want in a potential TGA presenter. Certainly not as good as Michael Teychenne and his Mazda 121, or even that second Impreza bloke in the video just before this one.

Not a dude. But for some reason, I can't get this to work, so I can't give you my AUD$0.02 on this one. At least it's unlikely she'll be offering up any pickled onions as sacrifices to the TGA Gods ...

One of my favourites was one where a guy smashed up a Toyota Celica because it was a hairdresser's car (and he's right). Absolutely hilarious! Tone, maybe you could place all the FinalGear videos in your first post or do something to separate them from the rest?

I love it

To be honest, I stole this format from another forum that was gathering up a whole pile of TGA Audition videos. If the mods reckon that sticking all the videos in the first post would be a better way of doing things, then by all means please clean it up. :)

Will have to look for some more today ... and if there are any TGA Audition videos either spotted (or preferably made) by FGers, then just add them! This isn't my thread, it's FG's thread. :D
