The "New Toys" Thread

I've calibrated it to match the other screen as much as i could. The only thing that bothers me is the lack of height adjustability. But i'll just the guys at the plant to make me a steel pedestal.

There's also the way the black background image (like the one where it says Quick Reply at the bottom) isn't wide enough now. :(

^ Do you have N on your computer as well? I don't so I got a new D-Link G router and it's awesome. My Netgear used to cut off so much, D-Link doesn't miss a beat. :thumbsup:
 
Finally got my baby back! (Anyone who read the thread I made about it will remember what happened)
Ive been counting down the days until I get to go on it, bit windy at the mo, but hopefully I'll have a play tomorrow!

^ I hate you, soo much. I broke my shift eye and my bike has been in the shops for over two months, as they cant find the right part :S I suppose I should consider giving the bike a little less punishment.

Well, a friend, just had a sudden inflow of money. Him being the sensible type, didnt spend it, but rather invested it in me, for my good future :) I do intend to pay it back though.
 
I just got 2x250 seagate barracuda hard drives from a friend loaded with goodies. I'm really effin happy right now. :D:dance:

The only thing I don't like about it is the noisy spacebar, but oh well.
 
^ I've been wanting the Wave for so long but I hate how only the Wave keyboard/mouse combo is wireless. Do you find the waviness awkward to type on?

No, it's completely natural to me. Why don't you just get the wired keyboard like me?
 
It's hard to explain, but I need a wireless keyboard. I currently have a wired keyboard on a keyboard drawer in my desk, but I hate it and want something to put on my desk, and in that case it would have to be wireless as I hate clutter.

I went to see it with a friend who is a bit of a movie buff and he hated it too. It's a bit of an abstract movie without much of a storyline... I guess you should look at it like you look at movies like Kill Bill. I thought it was pretty good, but nowhere near the hype it's gotten.

I don't think the spacebar is noisy. Maybe you are hitting it too hard(?)

Shawn: I love the waviness! It was awkward at first from a flat keyboard, but you get used to it very quickly. Go out and get one now! I bought the wireless one but don't use the mouse (I don't think its very good - I have a MX1000)
