That isn't an injury IMO. However, watch their caravaning holiday when James has to turn it on the road.

James hit Jeremy in the plums with the car door.

I don't know if it was an injury, but Jeremy got his finger stuck in the hole in a car.
 
Nope, it was in the British Leyland film; the hole was in Jeremy's Rover SD1, in the front left wing I think.

I think James told Tanner in the last episode that he has just recently fallen off a horse. I'm assuming off camera for an upcoming (hopefully) episode.

I presume the rally-cross segment was filmed shortly after their patagonia trip, in which he fell off a horse. I Think.
