It's been very reliable the last four years and carried me around the Nuerburgring in just a little over 10 minutes (1st lap ever)

drove a 2800lb 300hp wrx with "racing" suspension and sticky tires, and sure, it handles awesome and is a fucking rocket, but its not as fun as my slow ass stock miata.

future mods will be better suspension, tires, custom intake...etc
 
Nice ride, I was planning to get an NA Miata myself as I love 'em (but don't have enough money even for one of those).

last night it rained , so I went to a parking lot (empty-huge) and had some oversteer fun...oh god its so awesome. Im surprised at myself at how good I handled it when the back steped out, had to use huge countersteer, and I was fast enough for a smooth tail out everytime. First time driving it in the rain, so I "accidently" had oversteer in ~3 of the bends around the city, but I got it back on track np. when there is people around though, I drive like a granny, my tires suck :p

its such a light car that any HP increase makes a big difference. I plan on gettin a beater , striping it out and putting a turbo on it, to get it to ~250hp. not too much more because I want to use the stock drivetrain (except for the diff)

250hp for 2000lb (2200lb stock) car is alot, at least its more than enough for me :)

just need to get a job and make some money :)

miatas and miata mods are so cheap though

Id only trade my baby for an elise...and even then Id still want it as a 2nd car.

I've had fun in 'em but they're underpowered for my liking.

They don't feel very safe, either, in a "im about to fall out" way.

about "falling out" feeling, you must be so tall half of your body sits outside of the car? heheh

feels like it hugs me.
