Default James Morrison isn't that bad!!

I just found a pilot he did waaaay back in 1993 for his own car show, "behind the wheel"

from 2:18 you can watch a review of a lambo diablo, he's not bad at all...

maybe I'm just biased because I'm a jazz musician, lol

I'm looking forward to series 2...

I don't mind him, but I suppose I still have to get used to him as the weeks go on. I really miss Charlie, honestly. I think he was more fun to watch with the other guys. I think they had better chemistry as a group.

I remember when that show by James Morrison was on TV (channel 10 I think?). It was pretty good!

I reckon he's much more enjoyable than Charlie, just needs a little more time to settle in.

I'm not keen...he comes over as smug and wooden and he clearly thinks a lot of himself. a better fit than charlie, but still not likeable in my book.

Maybe it's from years of being extremely successful and world-famous in his chosen profession (jazz trumpeter)? He probably doesn't even realise that he comes across like that to some people. Or if he does, he's not too hung up about it.

I guess that next to the hitherto little-known Wazza and complete unknown Steve, he might come across a little that way. I still think James is 1000x more likable than Charlie was though.

Seriously, fruitbat faeces wearing suspenders would be better than Charlie Cox.

James is a little wooden at the moment but he's only done one series so far... I reckon he'll come right next series (if there is one). I don't know about smug.... I think confidence is pretty important if you're gonna be on TV, no one wants to watch a self-loathing muppet. And er, since when did Clarkson et. al. ever come across as humble? images/smilies/wink.gif
