They need a show about cars, but for people who aren't 18 yet. It's just not fair for the rest of us peeps who are still teens.

It's also probably a legal thing -- i.e. here at least if you're under 18, you have to get a parent's signature too when signing stuff as you're a minor.

I'd assume it would be in a hangar at Camden, Top Gear just wouldn't work in a normal studio.

I doubt it, Camden is a working airport. Too far anyway, it's right at the edge of Sydney.
