awesome episode, and for me the A8 diesel section was almost as good as the db9 race from 3 weeks ago.... especially since gas prices here are at $2.40.

and the carrera gt.. the one long shot when it just drove off into the distance and u could hear the engine... wow.

are they getting an enzo on anytime?

^ Totally agree with "the one long shot when it just drove off into the distance and u could hear the engine" THAT WAS ALMOST LIKE SEEING A PUSSY FOR THE FIRST TIME, or something images/smilies/oops.gif

I also hope for the Enzo to come on, probably it's taking a long time cuz there areen't that many of them yet...(I think..)

I liked the "they have inadvertantly invented an engine that runs on air" bit images/smilies/lol.gif .

Excellent episode - almost as good as the one with the DB9 in. I was pretty damn impressed with the GT myself, and that's no mean feat images/smilies/wink.gif
That Audi was incredible - it just KEPT ON GOING! Anyway, thanks for the episode as always!

CGT best car ever and teh car darts was awesome. think its the best Top Gear episode this season so far.

doubt the Enzo could beat the CGT around the track but would be cool to see. Enzo has paddles semi-auto tranni CGT only comes in Manual.

@Haz. I think either http://www.bt.com (BT Directory Enquiries - look at the bottom of the page) or http://www.yell.com (Yellow Pages Online) should be of some help. images/smilies/smile.gif

Not a problem, glad I could help. I quite like London myself, but I wouldn't really want to live there. Just too big for my tastes. Anyway, best of luck on your trip images/smilies/smile.gif

That's funny, 'cuz that's the one thing I didn't like about that city...it's size. (16 Mill peeps, that's four times as much as Norway all together) I couldn't really "find" myself there...it's too much.
Luckily, I lived in Greater L...

I can relate....I live in a rural area as well....yesterday I went downtown Toronto with my gf for a little holiday, did a bit of shopping. All I can say, is, WOW!! It's been about 3 years since I've been downtown T.O., and the experience is unreal when you're from a quiet village of about 5,000 people. I felt like just a grain of salt in the ocean.....

On the other hand, the nice part was seeing 1000 times more nice cars in half a day than I normally do all year - several Porsche 911's, including a Turbo, countless BMW's (including a MINT M3!!), two Mercedes SL500's, etc. etc. That was awesome. But all in all, I'm still glad I live in a small town where I'm not just another face in a crowd.....

Sounds good. I wouldn't say I'm exactly in the middle of nowhere - I live a 30 minute bus ride from the nearest major town, and there's a few smaller towns and a village or two on the way. I admit, the town isn't much, but it's got a few good shops, a cinema etc. But on a plus side, I live about 600 meters away from a huge BT building, where apparently they do quite a lot of research and other clever stuff. And my dad works there. So we were one of the first people in the whole of the UK to get broaband; BT gave it to us free for a year, with a free laptop, and told us to "trial" it. Damn that was fun images/smilies/biggrin.gif
But you're right, when I'm on the way to places like London you see some pretty cool cars on the motorways; I think the coolest car I've seen was an Aston Martin DB7. 8)

On other message board I'm a member of, I'm famed for going off-topic. Anyway, sorry. I'll shut up now and stay on topic images/smilies/oops.gif

Topic.... what topic? images/smilies/lol.gif

Personally I think putting topics that are a reaction to something said in the middle of a thread in their own thread is nice and all, but probably not practical and a bit restrictive.

IMHO going off topic is just fine.
