It was a pretty good episode, especially at the end when jeremy was doing rooster tails and sprayed poor hammond with all that sand while he tried digging out his porsche..

what the hell , now Top Gear is going off after next week for a month? Man I know I said it already but good lord British TV Schedules are really strange.

Good episode, but I dont know of anyone that really thinks the Jaguar SType is ugly , especially not in its R version; its a beautiful and classy car. That beach was awsome, but I would get stuck with my luck.

Hi!

Nice Episode IMHO. images/smilies/smile.gif

The pronunciation of this Siemens guy trying to speak englisch was ridiculous! As a German I feel kinda embarrassed...
But there is no way this guy is really named Adolf, and when they turn the Radio of the Golf on it says Fritz! C'mon, that are just way to many coincidences! images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

Jerry???

I know some (not many) guys whose name is fritz or hans, but they're all 40+.

In fact there's one guy living in Austria (not Germany) whose name is Adolf Hittler! images/smilies/wink.gif
His life must be really difficult and complicated, for example just imagine ordering a pizza, the person on the other end would simply hang up when he hears the name! images/smilies/lol.gif

The car sliding are were just beautiful. The beautiful graceful powerslides from the Jag and the Porsche were just euphoric to watch.

This video either makes me want to kill myself because I can't get those cars and drivine on a beach or they make me want to work my ass off and BUY THE BEACH.

hey there isnt anything wrong with Euro 2004!! a lil (ok alot) of footy never hurt anybody.

this week's episode was meh not too exciting. as has been posted, the beach racing was brilliant, which begs the question, why arent american car shows anything like Top Gear? the camera angles, special effects, music, brilliant! images/smilies/lol.gif puts motortrend tv and the like to shame.

well i think that jeremy did it again...it is so obvious that he and his group doesn't like bmw's and in general the germans....i mean come uncool the carrera gt???????instead cool the mclarenmerc slr???what are we talking about?first i want to say that i don't believe this lap times especially those of the mclaren slr and the carrerra gt...anyway somewhere at this week shoe he said that the bmw made a lap time of 1.28....which is faster than the jag and also than the porsche 911...i've seen this car tested her in italy and they said domething completely different..come on the jaguar may be brithish but that doesn't make it so good.

Does anybody know what song is played when Hammond is driving the Mazda 3 series (ugly car, nice music)?
