Depending on your connection a relatively "fast" Cable or DSL can be set anywhere from 25KB/s - 45KB/s.

I'm currently at 92%... I think I'll put my daily bandwidth quota (1GB) to a good use by seeding the rest of it, but it won't be much, though.
