Okay, here we go. First off, this episode is in XviD. We're experimenting with it and it seems to be better quality. If you need the codec, you can get it [url=http://files.viper007bond.com/XviD-1.0-09052004.exe]right here.

Second, long story short, there are some video errors in this rip. I won't get into why they're there, (hell, I don't even 100% understand the story), but Vuk did the best he could. Luckily, they're mostly at unimportant parts and the Viper review is unaffected.

[11/08 02:53:28] Vuk: lol
[11/09 11:50:58] Vuk: i saw what you wrote on the site so i am going to explain
hopefully you know what an antenna is lol, well in europe since we recieve tv signal by air, we can get small antennas that sit on top of the tv so called "room antennas"
the problem i am having is that something is interfering with the signal, can be mobile phone or similar so every time the signal drops to critical levet the picture skips.

[11/09 11:50:58] Vuk: I have spoken to the experts and they say that it can be crappy recording software's fault but its more likely that the signal is interrupted by some other signal on same frequency, so they recommended that i should buy SHIELDED cables which isolate the signal travelling through it and do not allow other signals to mix.
Also they said that it might be one of my devices near or in the pc and therefore i need to move the antenna as far as possible

[11/09 11:51:04] Vuk: I will do some testing, I am recording as i type this, so far so good, let you know how it goes.
Sorry for the inconvenience m8, hopefully i will sort it out for FG tomorrow.

[11/09 11:51:05] Vuk: I am off to buy some high quality shielded cables, that should do the trick

[11/09 11:51:05] Vuk: got the cable, connected, tested. not a SINGLE problem

I am *very* confused!

I looked at the torrent available on the site which I started downloading at 1:00PM PST. The Disco review is thrashed, so I stopped watching.

It seems that VUK is/has recorded/ing a new rip of this and it will be available later today? Or is this the best we're gonna get?

Somebody please clarify.

Thanks!

The video quality is REALLY good, when i am full screen.. but the Audio looks a bit ogg sync.
just as an FYI, i have also dled the other top gear so i will compare more to see the audio if its just me or what.

it hasnt been correctly synced... i have the same problem, and my other Xvid do play synced.
I think it has to do with the recording trouble... near the end there is another small skip and off-sync sound gets worse images/smilies/wink.gif
