This thread is open for the UK residents to talk about the episode that aired today.

The 350mb version IS NOT OUT yet, and it'll be out at the same time as usual most likely. Just look in the chat.

This will be full of SPOILERS so don't read on unless you've seen the episode!

I think it has some nice details, specially the VTS versions. But I usually like Citröens small hot hatches (original, not Max Power material).

I think the car looks pretty good pre-mod mind - but I'd never fork out that much on a small car - I'd much rather spend it on a good car to start with.

i also like the sound & pace of the 430 but looks like they could'nt be bothered to style the front end and shoved the nose of the 360 on

also liked the nissan best but only in the hard top

dont like the tt coz my mate has a soft top one & he looks like a poser in it

that ferrari feature was unspeakable good, i know there will be a thread for this but i wasnt sure if i can start it or not, what were the pieces of music used in the ferrari piece? first part sound really familiar.
that c2 was horrible, pimp my ride should be left for the states and not for the UK.

What do you mean UK residents?! I live in Brussels, Belgium and I get BBC2, too... It's a bit discriminating isn't it?

Still... F430... Been waiting since I read Jezza's article on Top Gear Mag... He said that since he drove it, he knew he had bought the wrong car! He said that his childhood DREAM is the WRONG car!

The rest of the program was bland, I didn't even enjoy the segment on the F430... He didn't say much because it's just plain perfect and there is nothing to say about it. I would liked to have seen it a bit more in detail.

Those convertibles... Hmm.... Great scenary... Rubbish cars... Good to look at, crappy it seems to drive...

However... They got Tim Rice! Wow... Wasn't spectacular but he is a great man of the musicals images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Anyhoo... Gotta watch it again cos I had some interuptions by family members GRRRR images/smilies/mad.gif

The F430 bit could have gone bad if the Stig would have hit the tyres a bit harder..

The F430 was nice! And kinda funny how they wasted 100.000 pounds on that Citroen..

Didn't like the convertibles though, I've already seen them before, nothing new..

Wish someone had punched that ugly bird that started shouting about hammond. Average episode, the iceland stuff was probably too drawn out, but then if i liked any of the cars i may have liked it more. Nice going stig =D

Well ugly or not, I agree with you (not about the punching lol) but that wasn't a very lame thing to do, shout, I couldn't understand half but anyway..
