| Thought it was very good. Loved some of the camera effects in the Prodrive review and in the C6 review. Gambon was OK but not that funny. Loved May learnong to drive with Jackie Stewart. Start of the news was a bit WTF. Football was great. The drivers seemed to have got better at it. And I'm glad to see more James May this wek. Think he was in it more than Hammond.

Car: Toyota MR2 Mk1, Toyota MR2 Mk1 SC, Peugeot 309 Rep Power: 18 ![]() ![]() | Well, I watched it and quite enjoyed it - particularly the review of the Prodrive P2 and James' driving lesson! The two most memorable bits for me. Jeremy being sick... ![]() Probably could've lived without the Fox vs Aygo football game, but I guess it was appropriate and it was still fun. It's just what with the Aygo vs Aygo (the first one), seeing a smaller version at MPH '05 (I know not everyone saw this... but still...), the Winter Special version, and now this... Hmmm... Though at least now Hammond and May have both won one, so expect another I guess. C6 test was interesting and fairly funny. Though To be honest, not a car I'm really interested in, so meh.... Cinematography (particularly the C6 section, and the way the Prodrive P2 was spinning on the spot opposite itself... really really cool) was, as usual, amazing. Gambon... funny, but have they really run out of new people to put in the car? Quote:
Yup, I also thought May had more time in this ep than Hammond. About time too...

He sure looked scared, but had quite a good blast in what could be the end of an Era. P2's such a bad-arse car, shame its not going to be built .Did like the C6, really wanted to know what the "Defused Air-Con" was about but wasn't mentioned. Footie was crazy, and hamster won, AGAIN. But something in that episode made me feel gutted. Their off air for 5 weeks, 5 BLOODY WEEKS , is anything else on the BBC giving way for the Football? | |

Car: fiat barchetta Rep Power: 0 ![]() | the Subaru prodrive was just unbelievable!!Named by clarkson as a Squirrel mixer Why not putting it into production??? For James fans This time James has got a big part and Jackie Stewart is incredible behind the wheel (he is 66). Captain slow wearing "elvis sunglasses" could make a good avatar . ![]() But respect for James driving a TVR so well. The star was hilarious I didn't knew he played Dumbledore in Harry potter before Clarkons mentionned it.And finally the big part.... the C6 : Clarkson you big fat bald men I knew you would acknowledge that this is a great car and for that thank you! Take that BMW 5series! I almost wept and also felt very proud when I saw Clarkson in a CX .Its not every day that you hear Clarkson saying something positiv about citroen. The cool wall : the C6 is officially a SUB ZERO car (and of course I shouted for joy) Something that caught my eyes was Jeremy mobile phone I think it's a Bang&Olfusen The Aygo vs Fox match was great , they took the same drivers as in the former Aygo-Aygo match.(and once again Hammster won) VERY VERY good episode. PS:they mentionned quite a lot the difficulties TVR was facing today ,I was wondering : do they want to help and bring them their support?

Car: Toyota MR2 Mk1, Toyota MR2 Mk1 SC, Peugeot 309 Rep Power: 18 ![]() ![]() | Yeah, I was wondering about that phone - never seen it before. One thing that I forgot to mention which I'm a bit puzzled about... The P2 isn't (unfortunately) going into production - even Clarkson said this. So why is it on the Power Laps timing board? I thought that was just for production cars?! Maybe they know something we don't? ![]()

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The Fox`s may have won the match .. but the Aygo won the audience.. am i right? Lovely to see so mutch James may.. i find it funnt that Jeremy was beaten by the MG that never went into production and was made sick by a Prodrive that will never make it into production.. the funny bit is that to me.. they cinda look alike... (same look.. but not the same design) Grate to see Sir Jackie Stewart.. but what i want is to se him do a lap time! him and Sir Stirling Moss.... |

Car: '06 B-Class Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Another great episode in my opinion. I particularly liked the section with James May driving the TVR, also the Aygo-Fox footie match and C6 review. The start of the news was also quite funny. |

Car: 2008 White BMW 335i Coupe Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The cars they put on the lap board are cars you can use every day. E.g. the DBR9 is a race-only car (not street legal, etc) so they didn't put it on the board. The Prodrive P2, though not being a production car, IF you owned one somehow, you cound use it everyday. P.S.: Not really keen on this ep, felt a bit boring, maybe it's just me wanting more sports/super car reviews ![]()

So along with spent exhaust gases, raw fuel is hitting a white hot turbo explosions happen thus keeping the turbos turbine spinning, and from that, there is ZERO lag on the turbo. Rally cars use this now; 25 years ago in order to keep the car from lagging there would be alot of left foot braking around corners, with the right foot mashed on the gas pedal. Now, they can drive it normally. The downside is that the life of the turbo is very limited; of course, this doesnt matter to rally teams with millions of dollars in sponsorships.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I agree with the turbo info, which is why it's track time shouldn't be on the board. A PROTOTYPE can't be taken seriously on the track. Amazing diff though! The C6 is nice looking, but will never be as good as Infiniti or BMW untill it goes rear drive. Both the TVR and Stewart were amazing to watch. Probably the funniest photo of James I've ever seen.

| Just for the record, the bit in the news section where Jeremy is talking about the three cameras is exactly the same thing Kevin Spacey did when he was hosting Saturday Night Live, right down to the camera positions. 8) "Ken and Barbie doll crotch - there's nothing happening" I was bawling like a girl during that segment! | |
