Great episode. Loved the JS bit, it had the feel of the old race segments (SLR, 612 etc).

I just loved Gambon. It was so hilarious. And I laughed at the doctor Jeremy Clarkson who doesn't understand how the diff in P2 works images/smilies/lol.gif

So... was I the only one who wondered ever since the seasons preview who the Norwegian rally driver in the TVR was who kept yelling 'Vooper! Vooper!' ? Turned out he was just a Scottish F1 driver saying "Fullpower! Fullpower!" images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Also the CX JC drove had so much space in the rear ( more than the C6) because it was a long wheel base edition, the Prestige.....

I wonder how many days they spent recording the video, because the pavement is dry, then wet, dry, wet, dry........

i guess they sort of cut the video around. cos one of the half time shots was like the VW Foxes lining up a wall for a free kick.

argh. i want to see the whole thing instead of highlights though. probably have to stick to WC football then. Z.

The CS6 review makes me wanna go for a ride in one to see how smoooooooth it really is.

Good episode overall, enjoyed James getting more of the spotlight. Jezza and Hamster are as entertaining as ever.

Wonderful episode. You have to wonder though, maybe Gambon was lying in that interview images/smilies/biggrin.gif

The Prodrive is AMAZING. They've created a car which has eliminated understeer - that tech HAS to make it into production!!

Car football - so much fun! James was on top form: letting air out of Hammond's tyres and the best line of the night: upon losing a bumper, 'I've broken a metatarsel.' images/smilies/biggrin.gif images/smilies/lol.gif Fantastic stuff, James.

He didn't buy it, he had one on long-term test, and wrote for evo magazine about it [for 6 months]. Can scan if wanted.

I really enjoyed listening to his race coaching. I've had some coaching before (for motorcycles), mostly from local racers. The advice they had to give me was either blatantly obvious or completely unfathomable. This man is clearly very good at making racecraft as clear as daylight. Fantastic.
