| I don't get the complaints, i thought this was certainly one of the best episodes this series. You call scripted on the Caterham ending, but it's most likely that he was stopped for real, the crew realized it would cost them the challenge and would make good tv so they asked the police if they could film the stig being "arrested". No big deal, no major scripting.

Rep Power: 15 ![]() | Uh, those building jumpers are full of it. You can't jump from 2 - 3 stories up, flipping in the air and shit, land on your feet and not break something. It's not a matter of "knowing how to land." The force generated on your knees and ankles is way too much at that height. Lots of editing there. |

there was a quite scary video of a guy jumping around at an abandoned construction site. So he was standing on a narrow bit of unfinished wall ( well like a regular wall, 15-20cm wide ) at a height of 4th floor or so, and then he jumped onto the next wall, like three or more meters away situated around the height of third floor. the wall he jumped onto was of the same width and was outermost. so he could make no mistake. also he wasnt preparing for the jump, it was a part of a fast-paced sequence. now that was a little bit offtopic, i'm sorry ![]()

uk residents : do you know if that would be illegal to dress random guy as a cop for a show shooting ?
| | |
| | #49 |
| Impersonating a police officer is a crime, whether or not just dressing as one for a shoot in public would count as that i dont know. Not only that but they were in a genuine police 5 series. I've been stopped by one, even.

Rep Power: 15 ![]() | Here is something I have noticed that I dont think has been pointed out before - there are a few parts shown in the montage in the first episode that were not included in the final edits. So far there has been:
Not important omissions by any means I know, but did anyone else notice this? |

Plus, people are idiots. I work at a place that's like Pottery Barn (for those who are familiar). We sell 6' tall floor lamps, 2ftx3ft bathroom cabinets, 4ftx6ft mirrors, 8ft long drapery rods, Chandeliers that come in 40"x40"x10" boxes...and 9 times out of ten the idiots pull up to the pick-up door COMPLETELY oblivious to the fact that the box is going to have to be at least as big as the item's largest piece. So, if you buy a lamp that has a solid 6ft stem, the box will be at least 6ft long. Duh... Anyways, they pull up with their seats all upright, their husband/wife in the front seat, a kid, and a car-seat in the back. Plus, their trunk(boot) is full of random blankets, magazines, and milk crates full of random shit. Half the time, they don't even know how to fold their seats down, and a quarter of the time they CAN'T because they went shopping for furniture in a sedan with 4 people, a car-seat, and a trunk full of shit. So to answer your question, it happens quite often, but people also do worse. Quote:

I didn't mind the MPV segment. One comment was that it should have been more of a SMax review, and then talk about the others afterwards...but all 3 are different enough and new enough to warrant the fair comparison.

Overall, I thought it was a great episode. I agree that they can tone down the scripted scenes just a little bit but it doesn't bother me much. It's all quality entertainment. The Lambo review was awesome!

| Yes, excellent episode. From the news: I thought JC not longer have Ford GT and now he made family trip. And now my point: That grey Lambo Gallardo Spyder that Jeremy was testing, overtook me last week in Scotland in the area of Glen Coe (btw. awesome roads in there). It was followed by Ferrari F430 Spider, so maybe some comparison test. After a while they stopped for taking some photographs and I stopped too to make some for myself. The crew there was a bit angry of me, but I managed some shots. I have them on pc, but they are 2,53 MB (imageshack allows only less than 1,5) and I don't know how to make them smaller. If someone could and if you want to see them, I will send them to you.

| You can open them with the Paint. Then go to the falling menu Image and select Stretch/Skew. Then in both 2 boxes on the top instead of 100% write 50%. | |
