Loved the BMX race, they were nuts.
They have to do the Britcar every year, it was stunning.

    BRILLIANT
    BRILLIANT!
    ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!

Magnificent filming at the BMX race and an absolutely epic race during the show.
The atmosphere was... Wow... I'm really really truly amazed. One of the best, if not the best top gear episode so far.

    I loved it! More more!
An episode like this makes up for waiting an extra week because of the billiards... Again .

Was amazing - loved the britcar segment and I was so surprised how seriously they took it. Was such a laugh!

    A10 was also a giggle

Britcar fucking awesome, (missed the start cos of sport fucking personality, at least hamilton didn't win it - cos priaulx deserved it more)

btw: "Mexican Wave" funniest bit of the night.

Ascari review - great, and the quote above, best of the night

Fiat 500 - good, although the whole "james races a small car through a city against some random extreme sports guy" has been done enough now. Best may solo of the series though

SIARPC - is it just me or was it the wierdest interview ever.... there was like... no substance "you're here, lots of kids. anecdote, car history, lap." (he was pretty good in the lap btw)

9/10, lost cos of the guest (go for an A-lister next year me thinks, see which is the biggest star that will do the lap that has nothing to plug. :p)

    Hurrah!

I didn't see myself on TV, but someone else thinks she might have seen me, so I look forward to watching it again!

It was great to re-live that couple of days!

Bit of a plug, but if you want to see my photos from the weekend (and haven't already seen them in the spoiler forum), here they are:

Britcar section was epic. That race looks so difficult.

I heard the Stig got a 2.16 lap, what were the quickest times of the other presenters?

Oh and the Fiat 500 filming was utterly awesome, some great artistic camera work. What a cute lil car too.

Amazing episode, loved pretty much every bit of it, they made yp for missing the news! I reckon the idea of the Britcar was a great idea, and I'd really enjoy seeing more.

Definite 10 for me, one of the best, if not the best episode in the series.

I gave it an 8 this week. It just didn't seem that good an episode. Yes the A10 section was great, but the Fiat 500 bit seemed empty and cold (no don't ask me. Its feelings. Can't be explained).

The 24hr bit was great yes, but again lacked something. I don't know what, just something. Maybe because we all knew the outcome of it all. I don't know. Although watching that (I think it was a...) TVR plow into the wall and other random accidents was funny.

Not brilliant by any means. The Britcar was good but the rest was pretty bad.
The Fiat 500 review was just about James May's worst, even if you ignore the BMX bits. I had no real idea about anything about the car by the end.
Keith Allen was a crap guest and I'll scream if they do actually get Lilly Allen on.
The Ascari review was below par, the comparison to the Daihatsu wasn't even remotely amusing.
No news also loses it a point automatically.

I am in a very bad mood as I've been ill all day so this is probably a bit harsh but that's life.
