Rep Power: 22 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Best episode of the series so far - an absolute peach. The Alfa film is one of the very best they have done and watching the two of them rub mature cheese into James's engine was just childishly funny. James's reaction when he was trying to work out what the smell was: "Fondue"? ![]() Oh and I think I want a Brooklands. |

| Squirrel Mincer | That really was an brilliant episode. I loved the Alfa challenge, I think it's the best one to date. I only live about 20 mins from Rockingham speedway, and Apparently the TG lorry was seen parking up in my town, so I'm going to walk around the area to see if I can smell the lingering scent of burnt cheese. ![]() The Bently was a big improvement over the concept they showed last year too. 10 from me for being in Leciestershire. |

Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() ![]() | Enjoyable again tonight, particularly the Cheap Car Challenge, though even that felt a bit like we've seen it all before now. Am really getting bored with the star/reasonably priced car segment, too. |

| Good episode - The Brooklands review was good, I quite like that car its quite interesting. News was funny but I think they need to give up on that Dancia (or whatever that crap car is called) gag. The Alfa Challenge was very funny! Proper Top Gear cheap car challenge entertainment. I would give it a 8.5/10 to 9/10 but there's no poll *hint!*

| It got a bit old, the whole "look, we're hitting each others cars and pretending it was an accident". It was hilarious in the American special, but it's been done a few times since. Maybe i just get too attached to cars, but it wasn't that nice to see them doing it to James' Alfa after it had been cleaned up so well. Not sure how Jeremy's Alfa scored more than Richards car in judging :/ With that paint? News felt more natural than last weeks, which felt a bit forced, and the Bentley review was pretty cool, if pointless. I say pointless because they were testing a luxury coupe on the track, even though by their own admission it wasn't designed for that. It would have been more relevant to test it like they did the Phantom or Continental, by taking it on a little road trip across the countryside. Anyway, a good episode, but I don't think it was a huge cut above the first two as Mr.Wilman was talking about. Maybe because i'm just not an Alfa head, so i didn't really feel the sentiment they were trying to go for with Jeremy's outro monologue (his very similar monologue in the American special worked, because i felt the sentiment behind it).

Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() ![]() | I know these things are at least partly 'scripted' etc, but both my wife and I wondered if perhaps a little of James' irritation was genuine, as too many of those rear end shunts, even gentle ones, could easily put your neck out. |
