I've always wanted one of those bomber jackets and I can never find one. Jezza wearing one isn't going to be putting me off any time soon!

Go forth and wear it like the fashion statement it isn't! With faded blue jeans! And Bachman-Turner Overdrive on your MP3 player 8-track!

Why would you want to ruin Top Gear by watching a pixelated, crappy version?

Just download the torrent or wait for it to pop up in this thread.

I don't agree: if you asked an English girl to show you her badger, you'd end up sitting in her back garden for hours in silence.

Good episode: taking the piss out of Bill Oddie - check. James being rather hopeless in his very charming way (losing Richard) - check. Richard's good one-liner about Jeremy's cock - check. Kate Silverton - check.

As for the Japanese trains timetable, I realise now that Britain is a backward Third World embarrassment. Check.

Good news, everyone! Someone's bought a Dacia Sandero! That's right, if YOU are the lucky owner of black Sandero that I saw driving through the streets of Tolmin when I was there last week then send us all a picture!

In better news, how many of you caught that announcement at the end of the programme about James May being on Five Live tomorrow? All recording equipment at the ready, if you will...

Actually, it was Richard that lost James - James stayed exactly where they were both supposed to be. Hamster wandered off and got lost images/smilies/tongue.gif

Brilliant fun! Really enjoyed SIARPC this time.
And the race was truly exciting. I so felt for the boys!
Well done, guys! That was Top Gear at its best!

If I were to nitpick, I'd point out that the "I found something on the internet" bit in the news is pointless because the TV viewers don't get to see whatever it is, so why leave it in?

So when I watch the show again in a minute, those are the only 10 seconds I'll skip. images/smilies/smile.gif

Great race. Oz next please.

Great SIARPC, at least one could drive. Think we've been missing good SIARPC drivers in the last few.

Jezza said something about, someone from the Tate saying cars are not art. There was a wooden Volvo 440 in Tate Modern a few years, maybe still there?
http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/exhibitions/cinema/images/opie.jpg

Could have a challenge to build an art car to replace it....

Usual and repetitive. Though at least Clarkson had some new quotes

News. Felt natural actually. Better editing probably to previous episodes

Race. Interesting actually. And actually had a decent review of the car. Im too skeptical about the closeness of the resuls though. That aerial shot of the clearing was cool. Fail to see why they need to do another review of the car on their track though.

SIARPC - I dont find either of them attractive.

Nice to see May and Hammond out filming individual pieces again. Otherwise there wouldnt of been any section of the whole show that didnt feature Clarkson.

Checked the BBC web site straight away and it tells you nothing about the programme apart from "Debate and analysis on the day's big talking points, plus big-name interviews from the worlds of film, entertainment, sport and politics." Very helpful...
I'm glad I caught the announcement!

This was by far the best episode this season, really loved the race, great end with lots of suspense. The rest was really good as well, the news funny and the Alfa stunning...

Speaking of findings on the internet, I was going around and I found this absolute PRICK!

http://www.facebook.com/badge.php?&items[]=badge_profile_pic&items[]=badge_mobile_status&layout=vert&format=png

Oh yeah, the suspense was back, I still maintain the best race was the DB9 race though, just cos it was so simple. And that episode, if it had a better SIARPC would be my number 1.

------

apparently none of you lot can take a joke, I did think higher of people here. You know, the whole right click and so on and seeing that it's a dynamic url. 'Course, the amount of people who actually think I went and found their profile picture is amazing. apparently a dozen people have complained about this. Still, it might have convinced some of the lurkers who hang around just for the torrent to post.

I did really dig some people's reaction, especially the one who got really mad thinking I'd searched him out on the internet. Then when another person replies "that had me worried, don't do that to me" he replies, and I still can't believe this response "No, he did it to ME!" That was worth the infraction, the 3 -ve rep points and whatever hate I get.

Oh and here's a hint for those who think I'm stalking them - IT'S A DYNAMIC URL, if you're logged into facebook, it will show YOUR profile picture. No one else will see your photo. Course, when you compain and quote the post, you do look like a bit of a fool.

Let me guess ... that pic was what Jezza found on the internet in 11x04? images/smilies/tongue.gif

On a more serious note, 11x04 can't get here fast enough ... this is the one I've been waiting for.
