That was Lacrimosa by Immediate Music.

It was a more vocal one though, more voices in it than the version I have.

And the Muse song wasn't Starlight, it was Map of the Problematique

No, this one is indeed "Preliator" by Globus (which is a remix of Lacrimosa).
