Anyone know the short guitar tune thats only played for about 10 seconds on the section about the Vauxaull Monaro? It is featured at 05:02 on the following clip when jeremy is talking about it's pratical features.

According to those times, you are talking about the BBC Prime rip... and that is likely production music (probably from Extreme Music). The original airing on BBC2 was music was by Moby.

I am desperately looking for the song that plays in the beginning of the Vauxhall VX220 review. It plays between 43:33 - 43:59 in the BBC Prime rip (total length: 0:51:08).
