Top Gear 12.19.2004 (612 vs Plane, Rally Car vs Bobsled)


I was wondering if anyone knew what the background music was in this episode though. I tried finding credits and info, and even emailed BBC (which gave me a stupid auto response) but I can't find it anywhere.

I'd really like to know what the songs were at these times :

* 6:15 - ( where the guy gets off the phone with Jeremy, and he's like 'maybe he's crashed ) and it starts playing some song. Keeps playing until about 7:15.

* 10:00 (song starts playing when they move from the place shot to Jeremy fixing his wipers) and ends around 10:25.

* 46:08 (song that starts playing before he is in the car and is saying it's snowing, before they got on the train)


I've been trying to figure out for days what these songs are. If anyone could help that would be awesome. At least point me in the right direction, credit page or something.

I haven't had a chance to watch this episode yet (I haven't watched one since the forum went down) but I'll add the song times and hopefully people who have seen the episode can help out. I will hopefully catch up on my missed episodes next week.

Couldn't be a Stereolab tune, but it sounded pretty similar to me.

That's what I thought too, but for some reason, I couldn't make out the lyrics from the vid.

There's a lot more from this episode (specifically, the 612 race) that's not up there.

That song is Sea Song, by Doves.

That's also by Doves, this one's called Rise.

Nine Inch Nails and Aphex Twin have worked together quite a few times, so that could be a lot of different songs. I actually haven't watched this episode yet, but I'm a huge fan of Nine Inch Nails and Aphex Twin. I imaging I'll probably know it right away. I'll watch it as soon as possible.
