You can't tell from the clip used on Top Gear, but this is actually an American-style rap tune, I tried to concentrate on the lyrics, but I was busy and couldn't write anything down. All I remember is the chorus begins with "You make me high" or "take me higher" or something like that, and I think I've heared the expression "lifetime fever".

I tried to google for these fragments but all I could find was a Jadakiss tune from last year, I downloaded it but it's definitely not it.

So, I'm posting all this in the hope that someone might recognize the tune from this info.

OK so I've found it! The tune is Afrodisiac by Brandy. Zenon, please list it in the master list from 20:22 to 20:45.

The one I heared on the radio was a remix featuring Jadakiss (hence the confusion Google gave me). The track's shite but the groove used in the episode sure kicks ass

It turned out if you dig a bit deeper, you can find an instrumental version, which is exactly what they used on the episode.
