01:23 - 01:41 Danny Elfman - The Batman Theme
(not 100% sure because I can't find the soundtrack to check it against, but that deffinently is from the first batman movie's soundtrack)
05:25 - 06:23 John Williams - Duel Of The Fates

The sample before the danny is also a John Williams one, and probably the one that follows my second "entry"/"suggestion" but can't remember on the top of my head right now.

Couldn't tell you the time code, but when the Edinburgh Modern Art Gallery judges are making their decision Force Marker by Brian Eno from the Heat Soundtrack (Shootout Scene) is playing, closely followed by a slice of Braveheart by James Horner

3:24 - 3:57 = Future Sound of London - My Kingdom (Dead Cities, 1996)

So, a couple of FSOL songs in this one.

There is also a song I don't know the title of. When they show the high shot of the cars going over the bridge, just before the "golf" scene starts, its music from "The Usual Suspects", but I don't know what the song is.

Good question. It sounds like a smooth jazz song. Those are hard to ID since there are no lyrics.

If anyone else knows please reply! Thanks 8)

The Batman Theme mentioned above is actually Descent Into Mystery, from the original Batman score by Danny Elfman.

There's also a piece of piano music played near the beginning of the Alfa Romeo Brera feature which was used on the soundtrack to Lord Of War. I'd quite like to know what it is.
