But I would expect clips to show up on flying sites, it is when they turn up on totally unrelated sites that it says it was a really really good show.

I just watched this again since seeing it back in June. Just such a beautiful program. I've always been a bit of a space nerd and seeing stuff like this, well, it's kinda hard to put into words. I guess it's the feeling of watching it on TV is as close as I'll ever get to it. A bit sad, but overwhelming "wow" as well. I really hope civvy space flight becomes a reality in my lifetime, I'd gladly give an appendage to go up. Cabi, you and everyone else in the U2 program are incredibly lucky to do what you guys do. Massive respect.

Didn't I tell you that a few messages back?

If I decide to take a job I am looking at in Calif for Dec/Jan, I will come by and get your autograph.

After reading back through this thread...I'd have you get one for me too.

U2 spy planes on CBS's Early Show this morning if anyone is interested. No Cabi yet, but they haven't showed any pilots since I've been watching.

Yeah, this Friday, 20 Nov 09, CBS Morning show (7-9am, all USA timezones), with David Price. I'll have a Cameo appearance as I helped out with this special also (but didn't get to fly it).

Not until FRIDAY? Boy aren't they masters of the "keep watching" technique. I thought they were flying yesterday and was surprised to see him there again today. He really made it sound like it was happening later in the show. I guess just later than I thought.

Anyway, I'm sure there will be cool shots of planes and earths and such. I knew I hadn't seen you so far, just plane + weather dude, weather dude + plane, plane + weather dude + pontiac.
