Remember the James May special he did for Sky TV on sharks, they flash a promo photo on TG during series 7 making fun of him looking penis-less in his swimming pool wetsuit. Well someone uploaded the entire special on youtube! It's a fun watch:

I'm amazed the BBC hasn't found it yet.

*headdesk* You're correct. Ok, I'm glad Sky hasn't found it yet.

When I first heard the title, I got a mental picture of James being eaten by a shark hence the 'Inside Killer Sharks' bit!

I just watched this on Sky 3 last night, while having a beer, and found the first part of it very interesting. And then it got to the bit where he's walking along the beach in a truly hideous shocking-pink shirt and brown shorts, and I'm afraid my brain short-circuited. I don't suppose anyone has this available for download, do they, because the skyplus wouldn't rewind far enough for me to show my housemate, and she doesn't believe me. I find sharing to be a good substitute for brain-bleach.

This programme actually made me get my PADI. It's something I had always wanted to do and this was just the last litle push I needed. And guess what... five minutes into my first dive I actually encountered a shark! Just a reef shark, but still...

Once I've mentally scarred my housemate with it, I'll try to watch it properly, ie, sober. In a week or so when I've shifted my latest lurghi.

It was on Sky3 again tonight, where I caught it for the first time. Have to totally agree with HeidiL - and sadly it's not just the shirt and shorts, it's the legs in shorts. What is it about English men in shorts that makes them look so truly dreadful? (Sorry, James, that even includes you).
Interesting programme, though, and much in the vein of his other stuff - being given the opportunity (and finance) to look more deeply into something for which he already has great enthusiasm.

I assume capra doesn't need an illustrative screenshot, then.

I don't think she or any of us do.
