Yeah![]()
JM: 'Can I just say...'
JC: 'What?'
JM: 'You look like a gay cowboy and you look like a gay terrorist.'
JC: 'No, you look like a terrorist with a broken windscreen wiper and your face is ridiculous.'
0Loved the series, can't wait to check out the extra stuff on the dvd.
By the way, does anybody know the title of the track when they are meeting up with that guy from Westerham Brewery? It's just after Oz glazed the pie in the last episode![]()
I was more depressed to see the end of this series than any in a long time![]()
Still haven't seen the last episode, still don't want to, 'cause that will really mean the end of the series. Now I've still got something to look forward to.
0Okay, where can I find more details about that spitfire beer? googling for robert wigs turns up nothing, nor westerham beer.
Does the show have a website with details? All I can find is the bbc player page.
It is from Shepherd and Neame Brewery Faversham - Westerham is a place in Kent near to Faversham. There were two breweries in the town at one time but they shut the Brewery down that brewed Tusker (Not the African Lager).

/EDIT Spitfire beer.

0The name of the guy they met is Robert Wicks who started Westerham Brewery.
Australia and NZ would be a good trip to next. Margaret River in WA, Robe and Barossa Valley in SA, Tamar Valley in Tasmania, Yarra Valley and several other places in Victoria and Bundaberg in QLD.

Some more music from the series. I had never heard of this band before, but it's quite a catchy tune.![]()
^ Love that song, I heard it once on Arrested Development and since then I listen to it once a week at least.
In any case, much better than the closing credits song - that drives me crazy, it's so annoying.![]()
You are joking! Try

So weird... Tuesday, but no new Oz 'n James.
0I was watching the first wine series again and was wondering if anyone knew that gypsy jazz song they keep playing in each episode. I can't figure out what it is and it's driving me mad.
The people of Burton - well somebody over there who wants to get elected - continue to lack a sense of humour. Luckily, the BBC finally showed some balls and told them to f*ck off. (Well, not literally, but in essence that's what they did.)
Mrs Smeeth has now launched a postcard petition and website to highlight the issue and calls on the BBC to come back to Burton and make a new programme celebrating the town's heritage.
She said: "The BBC's coverage was callous at best and demeaning and offensive at worst. I was personally appalled by the programme, specifically its dismissive attitude towards one of our master brewers, Steve Wellington, who works at the White Shield Brewery

Don't forget to visit the website www.bestofburton.co.uk and don't forget to *cough*auto*cough*vote.
Well I am such a huge fan of this show. Its sad to see that its over for this season. I really hope they continue. Maybe they will go to Australia or Spain and tour their wine. Or America again for its Harder Liquor.
The dvd is out with 30 minutes of extras!
Amazon is selling it at 11.98.
...and on a slightly related note....
Happy Oirish Day!![]()
