Rep Power: 29 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I watched this last night... it gave me the impression that this programme is for people who find thinking a challenging exercise. It was just so light and fluffy and cheap. The more I thought about it, the more I laughed at myself for sitting through 45 minutes of it. I don't know whether he read the script, or just coloured it in. |

Do you go for the fluffy option or actually try to accurately describe the physics. The full detail can be done concisely (i.e. within the time available) but requires word perfect descriptions for it to be easily understood. And this is where it started to fall down for me. There were a couple of places where the explanations were over complex and unclear. Still, better than 'World worst toilets' or whatever else is on TV these days. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() ![]() ![]() | This does sound interesting, but I can only find the first episode (and my computer's so full of shows from the guys already that I have no room! Time to burn DVDs!). Any thoughts on where to get it?
