Evo for sure. I'm a Subaru fan but over the years the Evo has just gotten better and better. I was driving alongside one today and couldn't take my eyes off it. It looks even more compact than usual, everything about the car just looks right.
Evo vs. STi sounds great, but until that GT-R episode airs I won't be able to properly concentrate on the current episode...

Yeah, this is going to be a great episode. Thank god I saved up and bought the Evo this year. If that thing doesn't win I will be pissed.

I would imagine that both Top Gear Stuntguy and the head-to-head Star segments would be perfect for the American version of Top Gear. Perhaps this is synergy amongst the brand?

why cant people still not grasp the amazingly simple concept that show caters to its home country? why? its not even any kind of science...its just plain common sense. Last edited by otispunkmeyer; June 27th, 2008 at 9:54 PM. |

I suspect the Evo is going to crush the STi. That being said if I had to choose between the two I'd buy the Subaru. I actually like the new body style. Now if I could just get an ED30 GTI in the US with 4Motion I'd really be happy.

I wonder which Evo they'll be featuring, the RS or the GSR? Or maybe an FQ?
Maybe the team even got ahold of an advance STi Type UK as well? Can't wait for this review and hopefully it'll live up to that excellent '03 STI vs Evo 8 review a few years back. |

WTF, I thought I reopened this? EDIT: Seems my quick reply open mod doesn't always work. D'oh.
Anyway, the Scene is being slow today. Hopefully one of the groups got it...
