AJ, I see a post from you on the front page but I can't access it nor can I access the Top Gear transmission blog by Andy Wilman, giving details of the India trip,so I'm possibly re-posting here - if so, apologies.

    November 29, 2011

The BBC has announced the air date for the Top Gear Christmas special – it will air on December 28th at 8pm on BBC2 and BBCHD. It will be a 90 minute long show."

For a moment I hoped there were going to be two specials but, alas, no such luck.

Yeah, I edited the Transmission URL into my post and it got pulled (I'm a newbie). No worries.

Sheesh, ninety minutes? I thought the Middle East special was long.

Oh good, I wasn't the only one who spotted it.

Moving over to a proper pre-episode thread: http://forums.finalgear.com/top-gear...poilers-51752/

... I ask Herb Helbig, vehicle synthesis manager for SRT and a member of the original Team Viper development group since day one, if they'd ever thought of adding traction control. "It comes with two," he says, pointing at my feet. "Learn to use them." Got it.
