I don't think even without the limiter the Phaeton can do 200mph. Even the Flying Spur, with a pair of turbos on the same engine, only hits around 195mph.

Our question took us rampaging around France, Italy and Switzerland (Jeremy's favourite) in a fug of super unleaded and squeals of agony as the Aston gave James's bottom a repeated and slightly unpleasant battering.

I believe the Phaeton doesn't have a limiter.

The Golf is probably slippery enough to reach it, I bet.

Forgive me if I'm stating the obvious but the "new season 10 preview" video two posts above this appears to be the new series preview they show at the beginning of each new series in the first episode.
