So it's a definite, though it's probably not for this week. Although there have been times when TG had two guests in separate interviews in one show.

That's awesome! Did you watch the video? Thanks for posting.

Edit: There's quite a bit more than "a pic" up on Leno's site. If you feel you've been spoiled enough, might want to stay away. I thought about posting a few up here, but just go over there and click through the album.

Yes, agreed probably not this week. They've had two guests before, but do the usually both do laps? I don't honestly recall.

If anyone's interested, he has four videos posted thus far of his visit to the UK. The last of the four would probably be of most interest to readers of this thread.

EDIT: Also, first post, w00t!!!!! I've gotta go post in the introductions thread now.

That is very, very cool. Something tells me that we will see his lap sometime in the autumn series (like the Simon Cowell lap). They just have to be sure it happens on the week where poppys aren't needed.

I really hope it makes it into this series, and it seems like it will based on what he wrote. I took this out of his Day 4 Blog:

The infamous Stig is the show's resident racing driver and, amazingly for one who cannot talk, showed me the ropes round the track. For how I did you will have to tune into the show in a few weeks.

So, Jalopnik says Jay was out there on Wednesday but Jay says he was there on Thursday? Someone is doing funny math again.

I can only imagine what it looks like in that man's closet. He is either in an impeccably tailored dark suit and tie or one of many absolutely identical blue shirts tucked into blue jeans. Someone on this board once quipped "I hope he and Clarkson don't try to out-denim each other." I don't think Jeremy has a chance of winning that fight.

Adam Carolla used to joke Jay Leno (who he's good friends with) has denim underwear, denim ties, denim shoes, etc.

I read it would be on in week 7 - makes sense as part of the grand finale.

Isn't that excellent? I am thinking Jay must be difficult to interview, being so used to being the controlling factor in both his show and his standup. He was awkward with James last series and awkward with Jeremy in that video. I'm hoping the on-show interview is better. I have to hand it to Jeremy that he seems to be able to do a really good and interesting interview for just about anyone.

It likely is because they did record this week and probably didn't rearrange all the cars in the studio. But if you look at the top gear studio recording pictures from this week Jeremy's wearing a white shirt. When he interviews Jay he's wearing one with blue flowers.

If the pre-ep threads are correct, it won't be tomorrow's or the week after that's episode.

Well, we definitely know this week's pre-ep thread is correct, as Jay did talk about meeting with Usain Bolt at the TG studio. Maybe next week's guest is a red herring, but then again, Simon Cowell was interviewed when 10x03 was being filmed and his interview was shown in 10x05.
