    TG is filming in Belgium

    Hi,

I was reading my local newspaper this morning and they had an article about the expantion of a race circuit (http://www.circuit-zolder.be). At the very end of it, the director said (translated):
"yeah we're doing quite well this year. Even Top Gear (BBC2) will be filming on our track next month".
I have no fogging clue what they could be filming exept trees and concrete walls next to the circuit but hey...

    Cheers

    NO WAI!

    BELGIUMS!

On a more serious note, they should go filming at Spa Francorchamps, not at Zolder, I found that circuit to lack personality.

    Cool.

but without proper dates and locations it's much harder for us Belgiumians to go (stalk) check out what they're doing.

Yeah Spa is much better, Zolder's still a good circuit.

You'd be surprised how close it is. I've actually got 57 cubic feet of cheese in there, and if you covert cheese into dogs, that's 4.3 great Danes - J.Clarkson

I don't know if Belgium is interesting or not but their Trappist beers definitely are!

Maybe they are going to do something similar to what they did last year in Ascari with the M3, C63 and RS4. Something like GT-R v GT2 v Scuderia would be really nice.

My guess that it might be some cheap car challenge that has gone Europe-wide - no doubt there will be laughter and James will have brought the wrong car

I live like 10km from Zolder and I've been to the place quite a lot.
    Unfortunately, I can't be there the 22nd.
BUT I can give you some instructions on where to try and get a glance of it/take pictures (in case there's security)

    Hi,

On the local radio, a Zolder empoyee told that Jeremy and Richard will be filming at zolder this thursday (22th), but there's no way you 'll get in

The host told that they could be testing the audi R8 V12 TDI. I don't know if it's true, but would be cool!

    Via e-mail:

This week Thursday, in Belgium (circuit Zolder)

Top gear will be testing the new R8 TDI (the first racecar who won on diesel the 24h of lemans )

I can't post pictures cause i'm busy that day, but someone of you can ask on the forum if someone from belgium can go to Zolder and on the small hill by the chicane make some pictures cause there aren't much people allowed there.

I'm also from belgium but i haven't time, I just send you this cause this will be awesome!

There is no replacement for displacement.
    - Wolfgang Bernhard, then Chief Operating Officer, Chrysler Group talking about the Dodge Viper SRT-10
... I ask Herb Helbig, vehicle synthesis manager for SRT and a member of the original Team Viper development group since day one, if they'd ever thought of adding traction control. "It comes with two," he says, pointing at my feet. "Learn to use them." Got it.
