The itsy bitsy spider that almost killed Hammond.

I can verify the possible death related to this as I was driving along one night, looked and there was a small black spider sitting on the middle hub of my steering wheel, and while I was trying to decide what to do about it, he jumped right on my chect and I wound up on the side of the road in a bush. I never found the spider.

They had something on QI about this a couple weeks ago
 Not the specific incident obviously but how in Australia the majority of spider casualties are related to people crashing their cars when they see one on the dash.
