It will be. I was at the 12.07 filming today, and discovered that 12.08 will be shown on the 28th December, and will be a special episode, 75 minutes long! images/smilies/biggrin.gif

75 minutes! Excellent! I wish they could have done that with the Polar Challenge, as they cut out a lot of stuff from that. I agree that this season is much better than Season 11. images/smilies/smile.gif

Well, according to Richard in Radio Times, "Jeremy has bought me a present. It's a beautiful wooden model of a galleon, about 6ft long. I'm touched. Then I realise what he's up to: we're travelling on bikes. I have to tie it to the back and try not to knock anyone off coming the other way. I'm determined to carry it to the end, though."

He also mentions the present they gave to Clarkson was a large ceramic dog.

Here's a scan of the article. Enjoy!

Re: Pippin, It's amazing that Richard could write an article like that. most of the stuff he writes is dull, bland, and boring. Why doesn't he write like that all the time? I guess I shouldn't complain, perhaps he's just got a relaxed approach to things, which in comparison to my mentality of late, would make him look like a work-aholic.

Thanks for posting the article, it was a great read!

actually, i don't mind his writing! but i think it's the difference between being edited by a book publisher, and writing for newspaper/magazines. i think they like to keep things 'snappier' for the latter. images/smilies/smile.gif

i can't take credit for the scan, but you're welcome for the post! you see, i was on the internet the other day...

I checked out the Radio Times Schedule and it looks like there is a week break in between because of the bloody snooker (but we knew it was gonna happen sooner or later) but they'll be showing a repeat of the ep 7.

I think it can safely be assumed that 12x08 will be the Vietnam episode, so let's move over there:
