Claire Williams confirms that the Britcar 24 Hours will be shown on SKY TV at the following times (so the first transmission is later today).

Wednesday December 5 - SS Extra at 6pm
Wednesday December 5 - SS Extra at 10pm
Thursday December 6 - SS2 at 10am
Thursday December 6 - SS2 at 3pm
Saturday December 8 - SS Extra at Midnight

Claire and James Tucker are off to the TOP GEAR studio this afternoon, “to give the third place awards (in class) to Jeremy Clarkson and team on the show. The BBC filmed the race in September and this will be aired this Sunday evening, December 9, at 20.00 on BBC 2.”

So as well as the Top Gear coverage, it seems we get race coverage for 2 hours on Sky too!

Now I don't have Sky, and the "rip plz" posts irritate me, so I apologise for this...but I would forever in someone's debt if they could rip it!

As you may know, I was there, and would just really like to see the race again, not just for the TopGear stuff.

I do have Sky. And I am able to transfer it to my computer. But I am not aware of how to distribute it to you once it is on my PC as a video file.

EDIT: The only way I see possible for me is to upload it to some hosting service, which will limit the size and therefore quality beyond recognition.

I'm sure that could be arranged. Although I am sure it would be easier for me (or someone else - I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with Sky on FG) to do it over the interwebs.

It was hard to see what cameras were for SKY, and what were for TG. But either way I got on camera alot so hopefully im on the telly for a split second....

To be honest, you won't miss much if you don't see it: There were a few shots of the TG car on the track, a brief shot of Jeremy in the Pits and an interview with the driver of the car involved in the crash with Richard. The driver, although very polite about it, blamed the driver of the TG car ( he didn't know which TG presenter was driving at the time) for the crash: He said the driver (Hammond) had driven across the track and into his path.

Well like I said, I wouldn't just be watching it for the Top Gear stuff, I actually want to see the race again because I was there and I enjoy endurance racing.

Did it make anyone else laugh that the commentator said "We cant tell you who the stig is but he has raced in..." and then he basically reads out Ben Collins' biography?
