The photo is actually a screencap from a TopGear epsiode. It's from one of the races (to Verbier) where Richard and James are going through customs and have to show their passports. Richards takes James's away and shows it to the camera, saying something like "Don't you get turned away with this?" images/smilies/biggrin.gif
